All teams must have team insurance, UACS Sports must be listed as an additional insured (see below), and a copy of the insurance policy must be uploaded to the UACS Sports website.

Teams may purchase insurance policies from any company they choose, and we accept insurance policies that have already been purchased through other organizations.

If you do need to purchase team insurance, we highly recommend Chappell Insurance. They have a very user-friendly website and teams are able to purchase and make changes such as adding additional insured online very easily.
